Pasta with chicken and mushrooms is a great solution for a quick and tasty recipe.

The products:

– 180 g of mushrooms, chopped

– 1 onion, chopped

– 50 g of butter

– 1 kg chicken breast, chopped

– 4 spoons of flour

– 1 teaspoon of salt

– 480 ml chicken stock

– 250 g sour cream

– 340 g of selected pasta

– 1 clove of garlic, crushed

– Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Boil salted water. Cook the pasta for 8 minutes and drain. Melt the butter in a deep pan. Sauté the onion and mushrooms in it, stirring, until the mushrooms are soft. Remove from pan and set aside. In the same pan, place the sliced ​​chicken breast. Add the garlic. Stir until the chicken is browned.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add to pan and stir to mix with pan juices. Gradually add the broth as well. Reduce heat and simmer until thickened. Return the mushrooms and onions to the pan. Add cream. move Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens but does not boil. Finally, add the cooked pasta. Give it a final stir and serve.
