“I offer you the best for cold weather: warm chicken soup. Against a cold, you can add a few cloves of garlic, and to make it even more vitamin-rich – more carrots and fresh parsley. If you want, you can replace the noodles with rice, we are told Mariana Boncheva.
400-500 g chicken meat,
30 g noodles,
1/2 bunch parsley,
lemon juice and
cheese as desired
we put meat in 2 liters of cold salted water. Cook the chicken, skimming the resulting foam. When the meat starts to separate easily from the bones, we take it out and strain the stock through cheesecloth.
We add in it carrots and onions cut into small cubes, a little black pepper and salt. After 5 minutes, add the chopped potatoes. After another 5 minutes, add the broken noodles and cook until the noodles and potatoes are cooked.
We add boneless and shredded chicken. After removing the soup from the heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
We serve warm soup sprinkled with lemon juice and, if desired, grated cheese.
