Creamy red lentil soup – how to prepare?

Do you like lentils? Many people cook brown in a stew, but if you prefer cream soups, you should get a red. It peels and cooks much faster than usual. And after heat treatment, its color becomes yellowish.

Red lentils are rich in many nutrients. In 100 grams of it, there are about 6.7 mg of iron, as well as a large amount of protein that gives us energy. Compared to beans, it is a more useful crop for consumption. Full of fiber, it improves digestion, and because of its folic acid, it is recommended for consumption by pregnant women.

How to make cream of red lentil soup?
