Method of preparation:
We put a pot of water on the stove and boil it on high heat. When it starts to boil we reduce it.
Peel the potatoes, carrots and onion. We clean them. Dice the potatoes and carrots, finely chop the onion and add to the water.
We let them boil, and during that time we will start seasoning the minced meat.
To the minced meat to make the soup balls, add: seasoning for minced meat, black pepper, a little spice, oil, enough to grease and salt.
Leave for 10 minutes, then knead the minced meat well. Add 1 egg to the bowl and knead the minced meat again. We form balls with wet hands and set them aside. We put it in the fridge to harden a bit.
