Half a chicken
About the development:
400 g of yogurt
2-3 spoons. the flour
1-2 eggs (maybe just the yolks)
Method of preparation:
Place the thoroughly cleaned chicken in a suitable pot, cover with cold water and add 1 teaspoon of salt. After the water boils, remove the foam and cook until the meat is cooked. Remove the chicken to cool so you can remove the bone.
While the chicken is cooking, finely chop the onion, carrot and potato.
After removing the chicken to cool, add the chopped onion and carrot to the chicken broth and let it cook for about 10 minutes, followed by the diced potatoes and the noodles.
When the vegetables are cooked, make the soup. Whisk the yogurt, flour and eggs in a bowl.
Add a few spoonfuls of the hot broth to the milk-egg mixture, stirring constantly.
When the mixture has cooled, return it in the reverse order. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot chicken soup, stirring constantly.
Bring the soup to a boil and remove from heat. Bone the chicken and add to the soup. Season with black pepper, salt, fresh parsley and tarragon.
