250 g of lentils

1 onion

1 piece of leek

1 carrot

1 potato

1 piece of celery

2 roasted peppers

1 dry pepper

4 cloves of garlic

Method of preparation:

Wash and boil the washed lentils in 600 ml of water. When the lentils are soft, add the finely chopped vegetables (leek, potato, celery, peppers)
