Zucchini season is here, so we can safely prepare, stuff and eat them. If you’re tired of minced meat and rice, here’s something special you’ll have time for on Saturday.
Products needed:
zucchini – 4 pieces.
1 carrot
1 onion
2 tomatoes

Method of preparation:
Soak the quinoa in cold water for about an hour. Then rinse well under water.
Cook quinoa in a ratio of 1 to 2 (1 part quinoa to 2 parts water). Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and cook under a lid for about 20 minutes. Leave to cool.

Tonight is something simple, but also tasty. All you need is spaghetti, mushrooms and cream. Required products: 200 g of spaghetti 300 g of mushrooms…
Turn on the oven at 180 g.
Wash the courgettes, cut them in half and take out the insides (don’t throw them away).
Wash the vegetables. Dice the onion, carrot, inside of the zucchini, tomatoes.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry in succession – the onion, the carrot and the inside of the zucchini (not all). when the vegetables are fried, add the chicken fillet, finely chopped or minced. Stew for 10-15 min.
Add the tomatoes and cook until the liquid evaporates. Add salt, pepper, quinoa, mix and stew everything for another 2-3 minutes.

Stuff the zucchini with the mixture. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake for about 30-40 minutes.
