potatoes – 5 pieces
carrots – 2 pieces
The leek – 1 piece
Celery – 1/4 head
Butter – 30 grams
milk – 100 ml
Method of preparation:
Wash and clean all the vegetables, then cut them into large pieces, put them in a pot and cover them with 1.5 liters of water, add a teaspoon of salt. Cook until the vegetables are fully cooked, ie. About 20-25 minutes.
You remove the vegetables from the boiling broth and puree them in a food processor or blender. Add the butter and a teaspoon of the vegetable stock from which the vegetables were cooked and mix again until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
You return the vegetable mixture to the heat, add the fresh milk you took out of the fridge before. The vegetable soup should be boiled for about 5 minutes more.
Before serving, you can add aromatic croutons, finely chopped parsley or grated cheese. If you like black pepper, make sure to sprinkle it before serving the vegetable cream soup.
