Every housewife has faced soup balls at least once. This dish has no equal. Plenty of vegetables and minced meatballs, which have a perfect taste and do not fall apart during cooking.
Here are the products you must have:
• 400 g minced meat mixture;
• 1 egg;
• 1 tablespoon. semolina flour;
• 1 carrot;
• 2-3 potatoes;
• 1 onion;
• 1 tomato;
• 1 bunch of parsley;
• bay leaf;
• 1 clove of garlic.
Method of preparation:
Start with ground beef. Season with black pepper and salt to taste. Now comes the secret ingredient that keeps the balls from falling apart and gives them the chewiness we think we need. It’s about semolina flour. Add to the minced meat and continue kneading. When ready, start making small balls. To prevent the mixture from sticking to your fingers, soak them in water. Once the small balls are formed, leave them in the refrigerator while you prepare the vegetables.
These are the most dangerous SOUPS. Just STOP eating them!
For fans of non-skinny soups, in this article we present one that is perfectly balanced among my taste qualities…
Pour the water into the pot and bring to a boil. During this time, wash the onions, carrots and potatoes. You can finely chop the onions and potatoes and grate the carrots.
When the water boils, transfer the vegetables to the pot. When they start to soften, add the minced meat balls. Place them one by one so they don’t fall. Add a little more fat if you think the mince has not released enough. Cook for another 20 minutes.
Finally, add finely chopped tomato, pressed garlic, black pepper, salt and finely chopped parsley.
This soup is divinely delicious and worth trying. Eat it with homemade bread, parlenka or a toasted slice of bread.
