Traditional Chicken Soup – #1 for cold days –

Warm chicken soup is a favorite dish for cool and cold days. With the onset of autumn, we are increasingly looking for the aroma of homemade soup to warm us and load it with useful substances.

Many of us know how to prepare it, but we remind you (so you can get it) of the easiest and most delicious recipe for traditional chicken soup.

  • 1/2 chicken (you can use white meat from a whole chicken)
  • 1 large potato
  • 1 small head of parsley for sprinkling
  • About 10 spaghetti (thin spaghetti), broken
  • 1 tablespoon ground salt
  • 1 pinch of red pepper
  • 1 dry celery leaves
  • black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup yogurt for construction
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 large eggs for construction

Chicken meat is boiled in salted water and then deboned. Cut into small pieces. The broth is filtered so that no bones remain. Add the finely chopped onion and potato to the boiling broth. Add the meat back. Let it boil for about 25-30 minutes and leave the tomato puree, spaghetti (noodles) on fire, stirring (so that the noodles don’t stick) until cooked. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. The soup is made with 2 eggs and 1/2 cup yogurt.

Enjoy your meal!
