Fragrant and juicy carnaccia are one of the easiest solutions for a quick and tasty meal. You will serve them in the oven or on the grill with a salad, you will use the seasoned minced meat to make soup balls or princesses, or you will throw them in the pan with peppers, they will always save you from hunger.
Matekitchen.com offers this recipe. There, we almost combine two dishes in one: baked carnaccia and eggs with onions and fresh spices. Instead of frying in a pan, we cooked everything in the oven.

Carnacetta – 1 kg – BGN 13.73
onion – 5-6 heads – 0.53 BGN
eggs – 6 pieces – BGN 3.09
parsley – 1/2 link – BGN 0.30
salty – 4-5 stalks – 0.09 BGN
oil – 100 ml – 0.58 BGN
salt to taste
Peel and wash the onion and cut it into half moons. Put it on a tray, salt it and rub it with your hand.
Add the oil, mix well and place the carnaccia on wooden skewers.
Cook at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes, turning the carnacetti from time to time.
Once the carnaccia is ready, take it out on a plate, and pour the pre-beaten eggs over the onions. Bake for another 10-12 minutes, remove from oven, add fresh spices, mix and serve for four people.
