500 g of cabbage;

30 g celery root;
1-2 cloves of garlic;

How to prepare the soup:
Boil the water and start throwing in the chopped vegetables: first the cabbage, then the celery root. The onion, carrot and sweet pepper are then finely chopped, after which the vegetables are briefly sautéed in olive oil. Finally, add the peeled tomatoes and continue to cook the vegetables. Then it must be salted and flavored (a little salt is needed). Seasonings are also added, and crushed garlic is added ice-cold. It is important that the cabbage is “al dente” – firm, slightly undercooked, otherwise the soup will be less useful. At the end of cooking, add the dressing and finely chopped vegetables to the broth.
